English Skills Teacher's Guide

Schofield & Sims English Skills provides regular graded practice to develop pupils' literacy skills at Key Stage 2. Fully in line with the requirements of the National Curriculum for English, the series comprises seven pupil books with accompanying answer books, as well as a single teacher's guide. The English Skills Teacher's Guide introduces the series and provides suggestions for how the English Skills pupil and answer books may best be used. Two 'Entry tests', one for lower Key Stage 2 and one for upper Key Stage 2, help you select the most appropriate pupil book and a 'Diagnostic check' allows you to pinpoint and address topics that pupils are finding challenging.
