The Search

The Search is an exploration of the poet's complex identity as the daughter of German Jewish refugees who fled Nazi Germany for Britain. Born of the history of memory of loss and of refugee roots, she dreams of a lost world snatching at fragments striving to creative a narrative. Yet crucially, the sensibility of otherness is dialogically engaged with contemporary refugees and the oppressed in her dynamic quest for insight and shared traces.
